Aspects of a Customer-Centric Culture
A customer centric culture is not possible without the full cooperation of employees. Although it is a Philippine call centre agent’s job to fulfill the customers needs, it is also the responsibility of the management to support them. By conducting training, team buildings and different incentives, employees become motivated to perform well and thus, provide better customer service.
